I finally cut Kate's hair for the first time a few months ago. It can be so hard. It's like that first hair cut sends them right into toddlerhood. Not a baby any more is he. What a cute big boy. Hope he is enjoying the nursery:-)
This was actually his 7th or 8th haircut. It's just that I liked it long and wavy. A few months ago, I sent Sam on a woman's errand to get Roger a haircut, and he came back with a military cut. I had specifically told him not to have the lady cut all his waves off. She did her own thing. I was upset for at least a week. I hardly recognized him, and kept doing double-takes for about two weeks. This cut, I was ready to give up the waves and long hair.
